It has a very unique setting. * Akame ga kill: Dark fantasy setting. * Code Geass: Mechas and mind control and shit. * JoJo's Bizzare Adventures: Very absurd and comical, only 1st season's worth watching. * Parasyte: Didn't watch the anime, but it's the only manga I read and it was fine. * Death Note: lmao. stop watching after the bad guy wins. Not Recommended --------------- The following are my stay away list. * Overlord: No matter what happens do not watch it! It's the shittiest anime I've ever watched. * Naruto: Stretchy shit with thousands of episodes. Waste of time. Maybe just watch until shippuden without any fillers. * One Piece: This one has even more episodes than naruto, wtf. It gives you the feels from time to time but not worth it for the lenght. * Attack on Titans: They still can't wrap it up, it's becoming a stretchy. * Sword Art Online: lmao. just watch the 1st season if you really want to. Also as a side note, don't fucking watch anime movies that are recommended in TOP 10 lists. I watched "Your Name" and a samurai movie with bunch of CG that I don't even remember its name and they are both very bad. If you want to watch movies you can start with Miyazaki's. Gratuitous cool battle scenes in every episode but it doesn't seem repetitive because some plot point with the Ide or with the characters' relationships is advanced every episode. The robot is outrageously overpowered but it's balanced out by the pilots not knowing how to use it, and the more skilled they get with it the more overpowered the enemies get too. Throw in some quality waifus, some decently emotional parts, an 80s anime soundtrack, and a 3deep5u ending, and I'd rate it a 5/5 breddy gud.
