sieve's storage 5yara 6veaa 7vxak [ posts ] [ 7ache ] [ sieve ] here is the message from the downtime page, rewritten from memory. the original got wiped so the contents won't be completely accurate: "GET /dox.img HTTP/1.1" "Mozilla/5.0 ( X11; Linux x86_64 ; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/115.0" as promised, here is the browser agent leaking from before, try it out! this http request informs nginx of the users's x, gecko and firefox versions, along with operating system and architecture. the tor browser is supposed to spoof your operating system, but when downloading disk images files , it will sometimes just give up and reveal it. this can happen even while the "safest" shield settings enabled. simply accessing the /dox.img directory won't trigger it, but a download might. thankfully, all other identifiable information included in the request seems to be spoofed all the time, when using the safest settings. on a similar note, the firefox version the browser is based on is always disclosed when contacting a website. you might want to consider periodically switching to earlier releases if you're really worried about having your sessions correlated. wasn't there something else on that page? well, this is it. the first post. a month after the site's debut. progress.
