- it’s not everyday you meet a monk of Hare Krishna, a certinaly not one who looks at hashish as a sacrament and, gives you a nudge into actually taking up Yoga and connects you with ths soruce of Dr. Openheimers famous quote from detonating the atom bomb. He answerd “Yes, the arabs brought the number from us to the world, but it’s interesting that to mention yoga as well”. This religino had advanced amthemathical concepts thousands fo eyars before the rest of the wordl that to this day that firm. Hepulls out a book. “Pefection in Yoga.” and says he wants me to have this and read in it a little now and then and maybe it could inspire me to take up Yoga as it will give me inner peace, physical strength and well being on all plnes from the physicl to the spiritual. Immediatly I g “Not religious, especially laothe the church” anfd he pulls out a form and sais “Would you like to suppoort us by trvoinding oyur member to the church, it is one of ourr missions as wewl belive it has nothing to do with spiritual well being and has an awful history of violence”. I mentioned I’ve been toe Goa and he says “Good hashish thre brother, thi is where I fonud my path”.
