FSCONS is held 13-15 November, which also are the dates the mini-DebConf will be held. During the conference Debian related talks and workshops will be given in the main programe and social events will take place. Our goal is lay the foundation for something like debian-nordic, which, strange enough, does not exist today. Yet, there are quite a few DDs, and Debian users, in the nordic region. Come and partake in an excellent Free Software/Free Society conference with a Debian chocolate chipped cookie event on the side! This version of aptitude has been developed for more than a year as version 5.x.x in experimental. Check the changelog since the version 5.0.1 to know more about all the changes and improvements. Linux kernel 2.6.31 is now in unstable and related packages have been updated as well. If you also have installed linux-modules-extra-2.6, it is being removed . Andreas Metzler has made a call for testing. Unstable switched to (e)glibc 2.10.1 ( looong changelog ) schroot version 1.3.0 has been released and uploaded to experimental ( changelog ). Roger Leigh mailed about the changes and asked for testing . The first release candidate of R 2.10.0 is in unstable ( changelog ). There is significant user changes in this version ( read more ). 0 updates First beta Qt 4.6 in experimental 18 October 09 ana The first beta of Qt 4.6 has been uploaded to experimental ( see changelog ).
