And I can’t email the file because it’s sensitive. I open up Tor and tell my friend to open up Tor as well. Then, I run a small program called OnionShare. I share the files on OnionShare and it generates a unique link like this: http://onionshare:constrict-purity@by4im3ir5nsvygprmjq74xwplrkdgt44qmeapxawwikxacmr3dqzyjad.onion I encrypt that link in a message and email or message it to my friend. He pastes it in Tor and begins downloading the files live. Because it’s running on Tor it’s completely private (coming off my computer as opposed to Gmail’s servers) and anonymous via Tor. When he’s done downloading the files, OnionShare will automatically stop sharing. Then, we even chat anonymously via OnionShare. I click “Start Chat Server” and it generates an addresses I encrypt and message my friend with. And, the chatting is directly peer-to-peer; the ultimate in privacy. tor about bible pgp
