↩︎ /projects/ ansible-extension-cookbook A how-to guide for extending Ansible beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities. Technologies: python ansible A cookbook of the extensions I’ve written for Ansible, and the best practices I follow. https://ansible-extension-cookbook.micahrl.com I use Ansible extensively at work, and also in personal projects like psyops . This contains all the code that I can make public. I also try to clarify things that I think are unclear in the extension-related sections of the official Ansible documentation. I’m not sure what the long-term prospects for this site are. It would be great if I had enough content to fill a real cookbook-style technical book some day. If that doesn’t happen, perhaps if I take a job that doesn’t use Ansible and/or migrate away from it for my personal projects, at least all my publicly released Ansible code and best practices will be recorded online.
